Another thing you can do is get yourself one of those fantastic diary planners. These business diaries or organizers are exactly that - the key to being well organized. Once again you need to adopt the habit of writing your plans and ideas down as they come to you. Think in writing. When you know the next appointment you will have - write it in. Take your planner with you to appointments and check with it often. Check your plans for the day the night before, the morning of, in the afternoon. Have a blank notes section in your planner to jot down ideas, goals, notes, and anything you do not have a regular place for. You may find yourself making a section in your organizer for it later. Set aside some time each evening to prepare your details for the next day. Make sure you have your to-do`s listed so you can get right at them first thing. Your organizer will evolve as you become more comfortable with using it to manage your life.
You can as well put some designs in your planner like stickers, always have a pen beside your planner to make it easier for you to check on your planner and list down all your plans. You can also include your long time goals in the first page of your planner for you to be always reminded about the things that you want to achieve in your life or you can as well have some pictures of your inspiration in your planner.
