I have put together a family organizer that helps me keep track of my family`s activities from week to week. This organizer makes it easy to keep track of almost anything. One day I was looking at the ready-made templates that came with my word processing program, and I noticed there were many home-related templates already made up for me to use for my organizer. There was a monthly calendar and a weekly menu planner and grocery shopping list. I made a calendar for every month of the year to write important dates to remember, and printed out enough weekly menu planners to last a month or two.
Now you have the quantity of days and the season, have a look at the calendar and begin planning which days particularly you need to spend camping. Block those days out on a calendar. Now you have to appraise what you want to do to be ready to spend that time camping. If you are going to be gone for a week, what must you do before being ready to be gone for that week? Think about the "must do" items only write them down, and then schedule the required time for those activities. This could be a simplified example, but you can notice how much more incenticized you are to schedule other jobs when you first arrange your fave activities. You are galvanized because there is a reward of the Big Benefit of resource allocation. Happiness!
After putting your plan together start with all the main sections, including images and writing. Put each piece in place where they are supposed to be on a presentation and/or do the most important tasks first. If your project requires sequential progression, then make sure to plan for consistency. Remember, completing "most" of the task as quickly and as early as possible is key. Planners always believe they can put finishing touches on their projects at the last minute. This notion of over-confidence has been the ruin of many a great project because of the little things that get overlooked. So, editing your work is probably the second-most important task in executing a project excellently.
Time is the self-proclaiming constant in any project. Resources, schedules, even requirements can change but no one can manipulate time. And, from my own experience I can attest that "rushing against time" never works. Time always wins that race! This is why "planning" is your trump card. Knowing and understanding your plan and everything you have to do at all times will give you the leverage you need to shift gears at any moment. Schedule your various tasks with enough time to comfortably finish each task properly and adequately. Your motto should be to "do it right the first time and forget it."
Trying to organize your work day? Use an online (live) planner to keep track of assignments, contacts, time usage, accomplishments, due dates and meetings. Of course, online planners can also be used as daily diaries, exercise logs, food journals and much, much more.
