Let me tell you again, formal and informal letter. Formal letters are letters are those letters that are written for official use. And informal letters are written for non official use. They are written to the dear, and near ones.
So, we will today discuss the third kind of formal letter that is reminded. So let me first quickly recapitulate re-give you a quick recap of the format.

So, there are two formats of writing date. One is the British format, and another one is American format - Receiver's address
- Subject
- Salutation
- Content
- Thanking
- Yours sincerely
- Signature
- Name
- Designation
Now, what is designation? Just post ahead. So we have a name this collector sender can be lifted and designation of the sender. Okay, the post of the sender. For example, maybe principle, or manager or librarian, etc.
